Nextgen RE have completed the refinancing of Mulberry House, Surrey. The deal was the first transaction as part of our new regulated offering, converting an existing bridging loan into a buy to let product. Partner Raphael Tenenbaum commented "I am really pleased to have completed this loan. It is extremely difficult sourcing debt at present for this type of asset & I am delighted with the outcome”.
