Leasehold Disposal - Acton Street, WC1

Netgen RE have completed the leasehold disposal of a self contained office building on Acton Street to Guy Holloway Architects. Acting on behalf of private landlords, Nextgen advised and project managed the refurbishment works and successfully negotiated a new 10 year lease.
