Completed Deal - Industrial Disposal

Nextgen Real Estate have successfully completed the disposal of the 44,000 Sq Ft former Harman Simon HQ at Bond Avenue, Milton Keynes. The off market transaction was concluded within a week to overseas fund, Decama Capital. Nextgen RE will continue to advise Decama on the refurbishment & ongoing asset management.
